Privacy Policy

The short version: we don’t run user accounts for visitors, newsletters, or advertising networks. The only personal data we handle comes from three places — comments you choose to leave, standard analytics, and the technical logs any website generates.

Who We Are

Our website address is: bestairoleplay.com. The site is an AI roleplay platform review site owned and operated by PolyReview Group (“we,” “us,” “our”). It is built on WordPress and hosted by Kinsta. We publish reviews and editorial content about AI roleplay and companion platforms; we do not own or operate any of the platforms we review.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at: p79627790 gmail com.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form (name, email address, optional website URL, and the comment itself), and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available on Automattic’s website. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Your email address is never published.

Gravatar requests are processed on Automattic’s servers, which may be located outside your country, and the email hash used by Gravatar could, in principle, be linked back to your email address by a determined third party. If that concerns you, comment with an email address that is not associated with a Gravatar account or that you don’t use elsewhere.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Media

Visitors cannot upload images or other media to this website. If you are a site author or administrator uploading images, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, what devices they use, and similar aggregate information. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your IP address and device information on Google’s servers, which may be located outside your country. We use this data only in aggregate; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Google’s privacy policy is available on Google’s website, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all websites. You can also block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a content blocker.

Server and Security Logs

Our hosting provider, Kinsta, maintains standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security, performance, and uptime purposes. Kinsta may also use security and performance services (such as a CDN and firewall) that process this technical data. Kinsta’s privacy policy is available on Kinsta’s website. We do not use server logs to identify individual visitors.

Affiliate Links

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you click one and subscribe to or purchase from the destination platform, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

When you click an affiliate link, the destination platform or its affiliate network may set cookies in your browser so that a purchase can be credited to this site. Those cookies belong to, and are governed by, the destination’s own privacy policy — not this one. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying information from affiliate programs (for example, that a commission was earned), never your personal or payment details.

Affiliate relationships never affect our reviews or verdicts.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. (Note: visitor registration is not offered on this site; login applies to site staff and, where enabled, comment authentication.)

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

In addition, Google Analytics sets analytics cookies as described above, and third-party affiliate cookies may be set by destination sites only if you click an affiliate link, as described above. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully readable without cookies.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Links to Reviewed Platforms

The site reviews third-party AI roleplay platforms and links to them. Once you leave this site, our policy no longer applies. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy of any AI platform before using it — these services often collect substantial personal data, including conversation content. Our reviews may discuss platform privacy practices, but we are not responsible for them.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising networks. Data is processed on our behalf by the service providers named in this policy (Kinsta, Google, Automattic/Gravatar, and our spam detection service).

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Public visitor registration is not offered; the only registered users are site staff.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The fastest route is to email us at p79627790 gmail com from the address you used to comment. For data held by Google, Automattic, or Kinsta, you can also exercise rights directly with those providers.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data processed by our service providers (Kinsta, Google, Automattic/Gravatar, and our spam detection service) may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries, under those providers’ applicable safeguards.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: legitimate interest (site security, spam prevention, aggregate analytics, maintaining public comment threads) and consent (where required for cookies or where you voluntarily submit a comment).

Age

This site discusses AI roleplay platforms, some of which offer adult content, and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has left a comment on this site, contact us and we will remove it and its associated data.

Data Security

We rely on Kinsta’s managed WordPress hosting security (including firewalls, malware scanning, and encrypted connections via HTTPS) and keep the site’s software updated. No website can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid including sensitive personal information in comments.

Changes to This Policy

If the way this site handles data changes, this page will change with it, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
